With innovation at the core of all we do, every challenge starts with the same question. How can we do it better? This restless spirit runs right through McLaren Automotive. And the search for perfection is evident in everything we do.

Purpose of Role

This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping to shape the future of McLaren Logistics during a period of rapid and exciting business growth. Reporting directly to the relevant Team Leader for Line 1, Line 2 or Line 3.

You will be fully responsible for managing a small team of Line Feeders and ensuring parts are available and delivered lineside at “Point of Fit”. This encompasses the on time in full replenishment parts and accessories to the production lineside, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are met, control of stock, and with shared accountability to ensure productivity targets are achieved.

The ultimate aim is to provide the very best possible “prod” or “clean car” leaving you’re zone and entering the next with as many parts issues as possible resolved. You will be proficient in SAP and therefore understand it is crucial that the data is logged correctly into SAP and reflected in the “MPC Real Time Tracker”, (ZPP_POD_ISS_LOG).
