Purpose of The Role

As a Transformation Analyst at McLaren Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and innovation initiatives. Working within our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will lead strategic projects aimed at optimizing processes within Sales and Marketing, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Principal Accountabilities
  • Project Responsibilities: Work within and influence cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to garner support and alignment for transformation initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of transformation efforts and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and barriers to successful transformation, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning across teams to ensure sustained organizational capability development.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Project management and or analyst experience
  • Experience within Automotive Industry preferred
  • The ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
