What to Expect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month contract.

  • To provide proactive recruitment administrative support in an innovative, breathtaking way that challenges convention to help the business continue to thrive
  • To role model and demonstrate living the McLaren Automotive values.
  • Through coordination of the candidate pipeline, provide a seamless, quick, and pleasant experience for all candidates

What You'll Do

  • Support the business with a flawless recruitment administration service.
  • Arrange interviews between hiring manager and candidate ensuring that all legislative requirements are adhered to e.g. right to work validation.
  • Amend interview bookings where applicable.
  • Ensure all data in recruiting software is always up to date and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Advisors with recruitment – including posting jobs online, shortlisting applicants, and other administrative tasks when required.
  • Ensure all data in recruiting software is always up to date and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Through coordination of the candidate pipeline, provide a seamless, quick candidate experience.
  • Organise recruitment events, such as open evening, careers fairs and local job events.
  • Maintenance of the external Careers Page.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience within a fast paced and busy recruitment function preferable.
  • Excellent organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage a demanding workload on a daily basis.
  • Avature ATS experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Very strong Excel skills, including advanced formula skills and data manipulation – please note these may be tested as part of the selection process
  • Good PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to all levels of colleagues.
  • Basic understanding is required of recruitment practices in relation to attraction, shortlisting and interview booking/requirements.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy of information.
