We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisors you will support them in all aspects of administration. A key focus will be ensuring that all interviews are arranged in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.
- To manage the interview process from start to finish
- Support in developing effective adverts and utilising various channels to market
- Support in guiding managers through the recruitment process and deal with queries in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisors to ensure a quality service
- Support in the production of management reports
- Support with the development of the ATS and its effective maintenance
- Provide general advice to candidates, and ensure that they are kept up to date with their applications
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to manage a high volume of work
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in partnership with hiring managers
- Previous administration skills are essential
- Time management and the ability to prioritise effectively are a must.
- A desire to provide an excellent level of customer service
- A team player who both supports and challenges where appropriate in a constructive manner.
