Purpose of Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisors you will support them in all aspects of administration. A key focus will be ensuring that all interviews are arranged in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.

Principal Accountabilities

  • To manage the interview process from start to finish
  • Support in developing effective adverts and utilising various channels to market
  • Support in guiding managers through the recruitment process and deal with queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisors to ensure a quality service
  • Support in the production of management reports
  • Support with the development of the ATS and its effective maintenance
  • Provide general advice to candidates, and ensure that they are kept up to date with their applications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in partnership with hiring managers
  • Previous administration skills are essential
  • Time management and the ability to prioritise effectively are a must.
