Purpose of Role

The Continuous Improvement Team constantly works to improve knowledge, both their own and the users’.  Adhering to robust processes, they deliver changes in a structured manner to ensure the continued operation and capability of their workstream and the wider business.

Senior CI Analysts are central to the business’s ability to evolve and improve.  Working across disciplines, systems and business areas, they proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and become the bridge between the business and the technical teams to deliver changes and new capabilities.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Project management & leadership of systems and process projects, prioritising the activities of the Project team, ensuring all deliverables are delivered within agreed timelines. 
  • Manage a portfolio of system and process change activities, completing prioritisation across all areas of sales and marketing.
  • Take ownership of changes, leading from inception to aftercare, managing sponsors and stakeholders of all levels of seniority and involvement.
  • Run workshops and design sessions, working with technical experts to elicit requirements from stakeholders, mapping functional specifications, and documenting process documentation.
  • Be a champion of innovation, identifying opportunities for improvement in our systems and ways of working.  
  • Support and participate in team knowledge sharing initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrable experience of Project Management, leading and implementing sustained small to large scale, system, process, and organisational change projects.
  • An ability to be able to communicate effectively, with sponsors, senior stakeholders, end users and technical experts.
  • Experience in business analysis, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
  • Experience of CRM, Dynamics, SAP, PowerBI, use of Advanced Finds, and connecting complex data sets is an advantage.
