Reporting to the Head of Aftersales, Asia Pacific and China, the Regional Client Services Case Manager is responsible for supporting customers and resolving issues promptly and professionally, while upholding McLaren Automotive’s brand integrity both directly and through the support provided to the retailer network.
· Customer Case Management – Lead customer cases from initial contact, taking ownership of the process through to final resolution. Maintain the highest standards throughout, focusing on solutions that deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
· Stakeholder Engagement – Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategies that enhance standards, improve the customer journey, and drive retention.
· Regional Representative – Work in partnership with the regional field team to engage the retailer network and deliver the highest level of luxury customer experience.
· Customer Advocacy – Act as the internal customer advocate by strategically using customer insights to drive change and continuous improvement across product, service, and ownership experience.
· Budget Management – Manage the allocated budget, ensuring all spendings are within the prescribed guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer case management.
- Experience in engaging directly with high-net-worth customers.
- Understanding of luxury customer experience and customer expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer satisfaction programmes.
- Commercial mindset, with the ability to identify solutions that address strategic and tactical business challenges.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to seek satisfactory conclusions and ensure commitments are met.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the business, with strong written and presentation capabilities.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of continuous improvement principles.
- Strong IT skills and dashboard management experience.
- Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean as an additional language is advantageous.
