What to Expect

We are seeking a Regional Aftersales Market Manager to join our Americas team, responsible for managing aftersales performance across the Northeast and Central United States and Eastern Canada. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic market oversight, retailer support, and operational execution to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do
§  Act as the primary McLaren Aftersales representative for retailers across the Northeast and Central Americas and Eastern Canada.
§  Develop and execute regional strategies for service, parts, warranty, and customer experience performance.
§  Partner with Retailer senior management to ensure alignment with McLaren standards, policies, and programs.
§  Analyze KPIs, market data, and financial results to identify opportunities for improvement.
§  Support parts and accessory sales growth, ensuring optimized inventory, pricing, and margin performance.
§  Enhance service retention by coaching retailers on customer care, service process excellence, and proactive engagement strategies.
§  Drive customer satisfaction improvements using CSAT, NPS, and other key measures.
§  Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Operations to deliver a seamless ownership journey.
§  Provide coaching and guidance to Retailer Aftersales Managers and Service Directors to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
§  Ensure compliance with warranty administration and McLaren’s global standards.
§  Act as a conduit between Retailers and McLaren HQ to ensure feedback, challenges, and opportunities are addressed effectively
What You'll Bring
  • Automotive knowledge required
  • Strong experience in automotive dealerships and in OEM Aftersales roles
  • Full appropriate driving licence
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Office Suite)

  • Frequent travel is expected to all McLaren Retailers within the assigned region.
