Purpose of Role

To provide a "Best in Class" recruitment service and participate fully as a member of the HR team. To drive an efficient and effective solutions to a broad range of roles within the business.

Principal Accountabilities

As a Recruitment Advisor you will be working in the internal recruitment team as part of the wider HR function within McLaren Automotive.

You will take responsibility for key departments and become a trusted advisor, developing an in depth knowledge on their requirements to ensure that you can attract the best talent into our business. Focusing on providing excellent candidate experience, whilst advising and coaching hiring managers on the market conditions, availability of talent and the options available to them.

We have a drive to continuously improve our service and you will be heavily involved in the development of this, with the rest of the Recruitment Team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Experience of permanent recruitment, either from an inhouse or agency background

Proven track record and experience of working with data and KPI's

Strong customer service focus

Experience of coaching and advising hiring managers

Personal Attributes
