What to Expect
We are recruiting for a receptionist to join our fantastic facilities team in Bicester. You will be responsible for warmly greeting visitors, manage phone calls, and performs various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
What You'll Do

· Greet visitors: Welcoming clients and visitors as they arrive at the office

· Answer phone calls: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary

· Perform administrative tasks: Sorting and delivering mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area

· Provide information: Offer directions and information to clients and visitors regarding the office layout and services

· Maintain professionalism: Ensure a tidy and presentable reception area while maintaining a professional demeanour during interactions

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

· Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

· Support office management and other departments as needed

What You'll Bring

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment

· A positive attitude and professional appearance

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred)
