Leads end-to-end delivery across operating model, process, technology/data, and change adoption—providing clear governance, dependency management and benefits realisation to ExCo/SLT standards.

Accountable for:

  • Mobilisation and delivery of enterprise transformation programmes
  • PMO governance, delivery assurance, and portfolio reporting (ExCo/SLT-ready)
  • Change management, communications, and adoption to embed new ways of working
  • Benefits realisation, risk management, and dependency management across functions
  • The primary focus is to translate strategic intent into measurable, sustained improvements in delivery performance, cost, quality, customer outcomes, and organisational effectiveness.

What You'll Do
  • Own the enterprise transformation portfolio: scope, mobilisation, integrated roadmap, and critical path across functions
  • Set and run governance (forums, decision rights, cadence), ensuring clear accountability and timely decisions
  • Integrate workstream plans and manage cross-functional dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery trade-offs
  • Provide ExCo/SLT-ready reporting and decision packs (milestones, RAG, benefits, risks, issues, dependencies)
  • Run RAID management and escalation; drive resolution through the right owners and forums
  • Shape initiatives with the business: define outcomes, scope, design principles, and delivery approach
  • Maintain programme standards and artefacts (business case, scope, plan, RAID, decisions) to executive quality
  • Drive benefits discipline with Finance and accountable owners: baseline, track, and trigger corrective action
  • Lead change across the portfolio: impacts, communications, engagement, training, readiness, and adoption metrics
  • Plan cutover and transition to BAU ownership, including controls, operating rhythms, and hypercare where required

What You'll Bring
  • Senior experience leading enterprise-wide transformation portfolios/programmes in a large, matrixed organisation (automotive/manufacturing/engineering preferred)
  • Proven delivery across people, process, technology and data with measurable outcomes and adoption
  • Strong portfolio/programme management: governance, planning, RAID/dependencies, delivery assurance and reporting
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development and benefits tracking
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and communication; able to influence, challenge and produce concise decision material
  • Practical change leadership: comms, training, readiness and adoption; comfortable landing change in operation
  • Resilient, delivery-focused and comfortable working at pace with ambiguity and senior scrutiny
  • Continuous improvement mindset; able to standardise ways of working and embed effective controls
  • Experience within automotive, luxury, mobility or advanced engineering sectors; understanding of product development and/or manufacturing environments
  • Experience delivering ERP/PLM/CRM/BI or comparable enterprise digital change programmes
  • Formal qualification or certification in programme/project management and/or change management (e.g., MSP, Prince2, PMP, Agile, Prosci)
