What to Expect

As the Performance Marketing Manager – Europe, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated performance marketing initiatives designed to drive qualified pipeline growth and customer acquisition across the UK and European Region.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Client and Communications – Europe, this role combines strategic campaign leadership with hands-on execution across CRM, paid media, digital platforms and customer engagement channels. The successful candidate will leverage customer insights, marketing technology and performance analytics to improve lead generation, optimise customer journeys and maximise conversion opportunities.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners and global teams, the role will act as the regional lead for performance marketing and customer lifecycle activity, ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable commercial impact and support regional business objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across UK & Europe, with a clear focus on pipeline generation and commercial performance.
  • Manage multi-channel demand generation activity across CRM, email marketing, paid social, paid search, display/programmatic media, website campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition and lead generation strategies that contribute measurable impact to regional sales pipelines and conversion performance.
  • Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights on lead quality, ROI, attribution and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage external media, CRM and digital agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and continuously optimised against business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Regional General Managers and global teams to improve lead management, customer engagement, audience segmentation and campaign effectiveness across the full customer journey.
  • Champion a performance-led, data-driven culture across the regional marketing function, supporting the ongoing development of reporting capabilities, marketing technology and CRM best practice.
What You'll Bring

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Degree educated in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in performance marketing, demand generation, CRM or integrated digital marketing within premium, luxury, automotive or high-consideration consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable lead generation and pipeline growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, CRM automation, customer acquisition strategies and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience managing campaigns across the full customer journey, from awareness and lead generation through to nurture and conversion.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate customer and marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics & HubSpot alongside reporting and analytics tools.

·        Understanding of AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging technologies, with a strong interest in applying AI to improve campaign performance, customer insights, content personalisation and marketing efficiency, would be advantageous.
