What to Expect

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing – Americas, the Performance Marketing Manager will play a vital role in optimizing McLaren’s customer lifecycle, driving data led marketing effectiveness, and ensuring a seamless, premium experience for owners and prospects across the region. This individual will be the lead for regional CRM management, campaign reporting and insights, and execution of the regional McLaren Customer Journey program.

This role is key to translating data into actionable insights, enabling automation, and ensuring best in class CRM practices are embedded across the dealer network. With a focus on strategy and execution, this individual will connect Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales functions to strengthen lead generation, customer retention, and commercial impact. The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of creative strategy, CRM knowledge, campaign analysis, and operational support for regional and dealer-level execution.


What You'll Do
CRM and Data Management
  • Manage and enhance the regional CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and enrichment to enable targeted marketing and high quality lead management.
  • Serve as regional CRM champion, supporting retailers with best practices, training, and effective utilization of CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Partner with Central Marketing and the Transformation Team to implement new MarTech tools and ensure smooth regional adoption.
  • Ensure CRM practices meet GDPR (EU) and Americas market specific data privacy regulations (i.e. CCPA).
  • Stay current on competitor CRM and customer engagement initiatives and apply learnings to strengthen McLaren’s regional position.
Customer Journey Program

  • Own the execution and ongoing development of the McLaren Customer Journey program for each relevant vehicle line by collaborating with fulfilment partners to automate gifting, communications, and milestone triggered experiences to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor program performance, recommend enhancements, and align execution to McLaren brand standards.
Campaign Performance and Insights

  • Develop campaign dashboards and reporting across digital, social, lead management, and experiential activations to deliver insights to optimize ROI and improve targeting.
  • Establish consistent attribution models to evaluate lead quality and conversion across channels.
  • Support regional marketing campaigns, partnerships, and dealer activations with robust data analysis and recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales, Aftersales, Network Development, and retailers to align CRM activity with commercial objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to dealers, assessing campaign and lead performance and recommending tactical improvements.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in marketing in the Americas, with a strong knowledge of the marketplace
  • At least 5+ years of experience working in a CRM/ data analytics marketing role for a luxury automobile brand, luxury goods, or premium consumer brands preferred
  • Proven track record managing CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent), with strong knowledge of database hygiene and data governance.
  • Experience in campaign-marketing, internal reporting, and agency/supplier management, ideally within the automotive or luxury industry
  • Strong data visualization and insights-driven approach to Marketing
  • Familiarity with the latest advancements in MarTech and AI tools to drive automation, segmentation, and organizational efficiency.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of delivering integrated Customer journey programs to ensure brand loyalty and engagement amongst customer base
  • Experience integrating and delivering brand / product awareness and lead generation campaigns on social platforms & in the digital media landscape
  • Ability to plan projects with limited budgets, maximizing existing resources to get results
  • Be an accomplished project manager, with strong planning skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Be IT adept, with an excellent knowledge of the below:

-         Excel (reporting and data manipulation)

-         PowerPoint (presentations and toolkits)

-         Digital media platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads)

-         CRM and email platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Outlook, or equivalent)

-         Working knowledge of CMS and web audit tools is a plus
