What to Expect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated individual to join our paint team. 

What You'll Do
  • Supporting production line modifications to current models/ projects.
  • Undertaking work tasks ranging from painting bespoke liveries from design renders to full heritage restorations.
  • Be skilled in the measuring and fine detail masking of bespoke painted liveries converting a design render to reality.
  • Participate in problem solving activities and delivery strategy planning of technical paint requests.
  • Always adhere to H&S safe working practices by following policy for PPE use and following instruction for use of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain and endorse McLaren values and culture in support of the brand. (Housekeeping, attitude, appearance etc)
