What You'll Do

  • Supporting the commodity director as well as CPO first line directors. 
  • Duties to include but not limited to: Diary management, travel booking and expenses, supplier visit support, events and depertment solcial organisation, support CPO EA where needed
  • SAP support to the wider department when required, including the following: Commercial Change Requests, Schedule Agreements to raise or amend ensuring details are accurate, Invoice queries to engage with Accounts Payable, Buyers and Suppliers to resolve where necessary.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive: Ability to anticipate the needs of the senior leadership team, and take initiative in addressing them.
