What to Expect
As part of the Motorsport Logistics team, you will report to the Logistics Operations Team Leader. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional product and service to the Motorsport Aftersales and Production departments by ensuring the timely picking and issuing of production materials for both Customer Sales and Vehicle Production areas. You will also support inbound and outbound stock movements, as well as manage related material movements within the SAP system.

What You'll Do
  • Pick and deliver parts to the relevant customer in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage stock movements, ensuring inventory levels are correct and discrepancies are reported promptly.
  • Support stock management processes including cycle counting, stock rotation, and goods-in/goods-out activities.
  • Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved, including accuracy, productivity, and quality standards
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, forklifts) safely and in line with company procedures (training will be provided if required).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in accordance with health & safety standards.
  • Work effectively with colleagues across logistics, production, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted supply to the manufacturing process.
  • Uphold excellent timekeeping and attendance in line with company policies.

What You'll Bring
  • Proficiency in SAP or experience with similar MRP/ERP systems in a logistics or warehousing environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented setting, contributing to collective goals.
  • A strong and consistent approach to process management and improvement
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
