Purpose of Role
  • Deliver the marketing plan for the business areas: McLaren Experiences, Brand Revenue (Partnerships, Licencing and Merchandise)
  • Ensure marketing channels are aligned and campaigns are delivered against set budgets and KPIs
  • Assess campaign metrics against KPIs, continuously driving marketing effectiveness
  • Formulate content briefings that support campaign objectives in line with brand messaging
  • Be a brand guardian. Educate stakeholders on brand governance and champion best practice
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders at central and regional level
Principal Accountabilities

Brand Revenue

  • Plan and execute product launch and sustainment campaigns across the Licensee portfolio
  • Deliver marketing communications for partners across owned, earned and paid channels
  • Approve marketing content, produced by Licensees and partners in line with brand VI
  • Work alongside the Digital and Social Media functions to deliver impactful e-Commerce activities
  • Communicate new product launches across the Licensee portfolio with the retailer network, ensuring products are understood and marketing collateral is well received
  • Act as a key stakeholder, supporting the smooth running of the McLaren NFT Programme


  • Plan and execute marketing communications for the Experience programme across owned, earned and paid channels in line with commercial objectives
  • Raise awareness for the Experience programme to attract new audiences across owners, enthusiasts & partners
  • Maximise marketing and cross-sale opportunities utilising partnerships and regions
  • Increase regional event presence on to showcase volume and variety of McLaren’s global event landscape
  • Work alongside the Experiences function to understand the programme strategy and to educate the team on McLaren brand standards
