We are currently looking for a highly skilled individual to join our MSO paint team working on all current McLaren bespoke vehicles.

• No formal qualifications are necessary; however experience of automotive repair/restoration or manufacturing is essential
• The successful applicant would need to be skilled in panel preparation, filler work, spray painting and polishing
• Previous experience with other prestige vehicle paint processes and restoration would be a distinct advantage.  
• Understanding of panel surface quality requirements that could affect final paint finish
• Good problem solving abilities
• PC literate
