What to Expect
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Member to join our logistics operation within a busy
manufacturing environment. The role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of materials by accurately picking, handling, and
supplying parts to the production line, as well as maintaining stock accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. The
successful candidate will be committed to meeting performance and attendance expectations while working safely and
efficiently as part of the team.
What You'll Do
  • Pick and deliver parts to the production line in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage stock movements, ensuring inventory levels are correct and discrepancies are reported promptly.
  • Support stock management processes including cycle counting, stock rotation, and goods-in/goods-out activities.
  • Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved, including accuracy, productivity, and
  • quality standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, forklifts) safely and in line with company procedures
  • (training will be provided if required).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in accordance with health & safety standards.
  • Work effectively with colleagues across logistics, production, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted
  • supply to the manufacturing process.
  • Uphold excellent timekeeping and attendance in line with company policies.
What You'll Bring
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (manufacturing environment
  • desirable).
  • Good understanding of stock control and inventory management processes.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Physically fit to meet the demands of manual handling and warehouse operations.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to workload and shift patterns.
  • Forklift licence (counterbalance or reach) desirable but not essential
