What You'll Do

We are recruiting for a  Legal & Company Secretarial Manager to join our fantastic Legal & Corporate Affairs department and can be based in Leamington/ Bicester or Woking. As the Legal & Company Secretarial Manager you will ensure robust legal governance and effective secretarial practices as well as providing operational effectiveness of the L&CA function.

We are also happy to consider candidates that are currently working within a corporate lawyer role at 3-4 PQE level

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in legal operations, corporate governance, or legal business support role, ideally in a complex regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, company law, and the legal operating model within global businesses.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working with executive-level stakeholders and board members preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with company secretarial software systems.
  • Integrity and Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
