Leading a team of technicians within an allocated build bay the Lead Technician will be responsible for the delivery of new vehicles inline with the business agreed build plan & to the expected McLaren quality standards
- Experience of working within a low volume vehicle production / motorsport build environment is desired
- Experience of composite trimming, grinding, and drilling to high standards
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Have value added experience in the field of production vehicle manufacturing.
- Taking receipt of guidance and instruction from multiple leadership direction.
- Flexible approach to work hours to support program targets.
- Excellent leadership & organisational skills
- Experience in leading & organising small teams to meet target driven deadlines.
