What to Expect
To lead the end-to-end delivery of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features across vehicle programs, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, program milestones, and regulatory requirements. The role exists to ensure ADAS features are successfully developed, integrated, validated, and launched, contributing to vehicle safety, customer satisfaction, and the company’s strategic goals in intelligent mobility.
What You'll Do
  • Own ADAS feature delivery across vehicle programs
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned ADAS features, from concept through to production, ensuring delivery meets timing, cost, and quality targets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional development activities
Collaborate with engineering, software, validation, homologation, and supplier teams to ensure feature readiness and seamless integration.
  • Track feature maturity and manage risks
Monitor feature development progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and milestone achievement.
  • Ensure regulatory and safety compliance
Work with homologation and safety teams to ensure features meet global regulatory standards and internal safety requirements.
  • Support validation and launch readiness
Oversee validation planning and execution, ensuring features are robust, reliable, and meet performance targets ahead of vehicle launch.
  • Manage supplier engagement and technical delivery
Interface with suppliers to align on technical requirements, monitor delivery progress, and resolve issues impacting feature development.
  • Report feature status to governance and leadership
Provide regular updates on feature delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to program governance boards and senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and future planning
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and contribute to future ADAS feature roadmaps and innovation initiatives.

What You'll Bring
Business Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of vehicle development lifecycle and ADAS technologies.
  • Familiarity with automotive program governance and milestone management.

Essential Functional / Technical Skills
  • Experience in ADAS systems engineering and feature delivery.
  • Knowledge of vehicle architecture, software integration, and validation processes.
  • Proficient in requirements management and issue resolution tools (e.g., JIRA, JAMA).
  • Understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., UNECE, FMVSS).
