- Drive strategic decisions on software architecture, balancing on-board vs cloud-based AI processing for autonomous driving capabilities.
- Ensure McLaren Automotive connected vehicle platform integrates advanced AI, edge computing, and cloud-first OTA infrastructure.
- Proven leadership in delivering software-defined vehicle systems and cross-domain ADAS/AD integrations
- Deep technical understanding of ADAS/AD software, vehicle connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and motion planning/control abstraction.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ADAS/AD, cloud computing, and real-time AI model deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical alignment across AI, chassis, powertrain, and digital UX teams
