The key purpose of the role is to provide first class administrative support to the Director level of the business. The Executive Team Assistant is an extension of their team and demonstrates living the McLaren Automotive values and acts as a professional brand ambassador. The Executive Team Assistant will be proactive and efficient in managing the team’s administrative needs.
- Assist with meeting organising and team events, diary management (meeting scheduling, booking meeting rooms, AV/IT equipment set up, catering, booking guests in, hosting guests, collating agenda and presentation material)
- Travel Coordination (Navan - national and international, flights, accommodation, car hire/transfers, booking McLarens for vehicle maturation, itineraries, and visa applications)
- Expenses (Concur –prepare and co-ordinate monthly expense returns for both cash and credit card expenses)
- General Administration support (Raise Requisitions, Purchase Orders, receipting, SAP holiday approvals, signing documentation, letters, printing, filing, scanning)
- Onboarding new starters who report into Director level only (IT equipment, first day orientation, tour, diary set up)
- Support and cover the wider Assistant team during holiday, sick days (Incl office coordination)
- Assist with wider company events when required
