What to Expect
The Culture Lead plays a pivotal role in cultivating a thriving workplace culture that reflects the organization’s values and enhances employee experience. Reporting to the People Experience Manager, this role supports the design and delivery of culture initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and performance across the business.
What You'll Do
  • Culture Strategy & Implementation Partner with the People Experience Manager to co-create and implement a culture roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead initiatives that embed company values into everyday practices, communications, and decision-making.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure cultural alignment during organizational transitions..
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Collaborate on the design and execution of employee engagement surveys, analyse results, and recommend actions. Facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and focus groups to gather insights and foster dialogue. Champion wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging through targeted programs and campaigns.
  • Internal Communications & Storytelling: Develop compelling internal communications that reinforce cultural values and celebrate employee contributions. Partner with internal comms and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Act as a culture ambassador, building strong relationships across departments and levels. Coach leaders and managers on how to role-model desired behaviours and foster inclusive team environments. Support People Experience Manager in cross-functional projects related to onboarding, recognition, and leadership development.
  • Facilitate Employee Voice: Support the development and execution of listening strategies that amplify employee voice. Partner with HR and leadership to ensure feedback mechanisms are inclusive, accessible, and action-oriented. Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback 
  • to identify cultural trends and opportunities for improvement. Promote a feedback culture where employees feel heard, valued, and empowered to contribute.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track and report on culture KPIs and engagement metrics. 
  • Continuously evaluate the impact of culture initiatives and recommend improvements.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience of supporting employees in a professional environment is essential
  • Understands generalist HR operations including employee relations and recruitment
  • Experience of providing solutions-based HR advice based on a sound knowledge of employment law, best practice and general commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of Training and Development processes
  • Experience of managing various ER issues
  • Understands how to deal with performance management procedures and processes

• Familiarity with change management principles and how culture supports transformation.

Essential Functional / Technical Skills

• Proficiency in designing and analysing employee engagement and culture surveys (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp).

• Skilled in facilitating workshops, focus groups, and listening sessions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and internal comms.

• Competence in interpreting qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform strategy.
