What to Expect
The objective of the Commercial Operations Intern is to provide crucial support to the Asia Pacific & China Markets through Commercial Operations, Product & Pricing, Network Development and Training. The intern will assist in key sales processes and retailer network management across 13 markets in the region.

The role will focus on weekly reporting deliverables, process improvement through dashboard automation, and administrative support for training sessions and network contracts.

The candidate is expected to be both internal & external stakeholder-facing, with accurate communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Commercial Operations
-Sales call file dissemination (weekly)
-Activity tracker dissemination and tally (weekly)
-Inventory report dissemination (weekly)
-Inventory report dashboard development and automation (project)

Product & Pricing
-Support the weekly option report
-Consolidate price lists into the options roll sheet

Network Development
-Follow up on the new contract roll-out and chase outstanding signatures
-Follow up termination checklists for Gold Coast, Yokohama and Kuala Lumpur
-Set up the BMI report analysis tool on pOrbis (project)

Training
-Shipment of training materials, including customs and invoices
-Catering coordination for training sessions
-Room set-up and logistics on the day

Self-Development
-90/180 Objective plan/Assessment
-Weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with relevant manager
What You'll Bring
-Fluent written & spoken English
