Purpose of Role

This role provides administrative support in the change management structure ensuring accurate change relevant data is collated from all stakeholders in a timely manner to enable accurate, objective, and transparent reporting. This role also encompasses the representation of the Product Change Management (PCM) team in key internal activities to feedback and communicate change management information to impacted stakeholders.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Support the engineering community in the PCM team to raise and manage product change request in the system
  • Supporting the change management process by applying and tracking temporary changes
  • Gather collate and manage product change relevant data to enable adequate information cascade.
  • Combine various data sources to produce effective and transparent metrics and reports
  • Carry out general administration duties within the PCM team
  • Support the PCM team with continuous improvement of systems / processes / data quality
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry / vehicles is desirable
  • Experience with data programs (PowerBI) is beneficial
  • Data handling/administration experience is beneficial
  • SAP experience beneficial
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks is essential
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) is desirable
  • College level education is required
