Purpose of Role
Reporting into the Head of Security, the Parking coordinator will be part of four-person team working together to coordinate the parking of up to 450 Staff vehicles on a daily basis Monday to Friday. 

The efficiency of the car-park is key to allow the safe access and egress at all times, working in conjunction with the FM Security team on site. 
Principal Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the safe parking of employees vehicles within their specific business areas efficiently to maintain access and egress at all times.
  • Regular patrols of the carparks to maintain efficiency
  • Communicate with FM & Security to Assist Emergency Services if attending site. 
  • Greeting Visitors to MTC assisting them to park in the designated areas for the required area of the business they are visiting.
  • Report parking infringements by Employees and contact them via internal directory to move their vehicles using internal directory.
