Purpose of Role

The CRM Performance Executive will be responsible to support the Digital & CRM team to deliver campaigns, working to bring campaign development in-house.


The role will deliver significant transformation via our customer focused vision and have a broad technical skill base, with a sound understanding of ESP platforms, HTML and CSS for responsive email design. Knowledge of Adobe Marketo Engage, Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe Analytics/Target are desirable.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Support email campaigns by implementing campaigns via email and other channels, receiving briefs from around the business working to deliver touchpoints in our CX journey.
  • Support global regions and retailers to implement campaigns successfully.
  • Support with technical recommendations, and list management
  • Campaign planning and analysis of performance and KPIs.
  • Install best practices for campaign implementation.
  • Analyse data and metrics for individual campaigns to identify the best performance outcomes i.e. ROI
  • Provide recommendations for new and existing campaigns including triggers, and automation.
  • Build creative, messaging, and content for campaigns using email and automated marketing.
  • Create A/B tests for campaign optimisation on many devices and platforms.
  • Analyse and monitor data quality and realisation of the segmentation strategy.
  • Measure results and optimise customer lifecycle automation.
  • Assist and give recommendations on deliverability issues.
  • Communicate with agency stakeholders and internal stakeholders on campaign performance and status.
  • Assist team with website edits, lead generation reports, and customer support
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal and international teams to ensure the campaigns are globally appropriate and adhering to local governance and regulations.
  • Responsible for the on-time, on-budget and on-strategy delivery of campaigns.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with the agencies so that they are motivated, high performing and adding value to our business
  • Own testing processes and validation
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to develop integrated plans and opportunities
  • Build effective relationships with all stakeholders across the business.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing experience including email-marketing, deliverability, testing, and automation.
  • Knowledge of creative processes including Adobe Experience Cloud / Creative Suite tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong HTML and CSS skills for responsive email design.
  • Experience with high-level email deployment platforms
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and under deadline pressure
  • Manage many campaigns at once including different segmented messages.
  • Data-driven thinking to analyse data through A/B testing and email optimisation.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
