We are recruiting for an Aftersales Programme Specialist to develop and manage key Aftersales Programmes that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Programme management against business KPIs
  • Business case creation and reimbursement calculations
  • Lead negotiation of programme reimbursement rates
  • Creation of Retailer communications and communications strategy
  • Tracking of programme health and reporting to stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement and optimisation of processes
  • Programme data review and maintenance
  • Retailer rate reviews and addition of new markets
  • Liaise with our service partner staff, other McLaren Automotive departments, and suppliers, as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experienced at managing projects in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of automotive retailer operations
  • Experience in automotive manufacturer operations preferred
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office applications – good Excel skills are essential
  • Comfortable with complex data and possessing strong analytical skills
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels within a Global organisation
