Purpose of Role

Live and work in luxury lifestyle sales?

Our Licensing & Partnerships team is expanding, and we are recruiting for a passionate, experienced New Business Senior Sales individual, focused on fashion and lifestyle. Think apparel, footwear, accessories and other HNW categories. You’ll be responsible for acquiring all new licensing and partnership deals in our luxury and premium segments. You’ll broker key global collaborations with other like-minded modern luxury brands. B2B-facing, you’ll help build our portfolio of lifestyle partners for the long-term. Current partners include Tumi, Castore and Richard Mille.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business in target categories
  • Create and lead new commercial licensing and partnership opportunities in the luxury lifestyle space
  • Present McLaren Automotive to new prospects and create a truly compelling narrative
  • Maintain momentum through deals, negotiate hard and close deals and contracts successfully with a high win rate
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline to exceed sales targets and achieve global sales plans
  • Build a network of valuable contacts across categories and industries
  • Work alongside high-profile agencies in specific markets and categories to maximise relationship value
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 4-5 years of direct experience and a proven track-record of success in new business development in Licensing or Partnerships, ideally in Automotive or related luxury field, ideally internationally
  • Experience in researching industries, markets and categories to find new opportunities
  • Experience of maximising opportunities from prospects, cold-calling, securing meetings, developing opportunities and securing income to achieve sales targets
