Purpose of Role

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing strategy for the business areas MSO and Aftersales. Working cross-functional with commercial and marketing teams the successful candidate will ensure plans are actioned on time whilst adhering to the highest brand standards. 

Principal Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to achieve and maintain milestones and targets
  • Manage the production of a wide range of marketing communications, including toolboxes and collateral for the retailer network
  • Work closely with the MSO and Aftersales teams to understand their business requirements and to deliver good service levels
  • Track market trends through research and highlight potential opportunities
  • Drive and optimise the lead management at global, regional & retailer level
  • Act as ‘the voice’ of MSO and Aftersales within the Central Marketing Team and collaborate effectively with digital, CRM and brand stakeholders
  • Report on marketing campaigns to drive continuous improvement
  • Be a brand advocate   
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Highly capable of co-ordinating multiple projects at the same time
  • Communication and stakeholder management to enable good collaboration between various teams at central, regional & retailer level
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and able to work well under pressure
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Automotive industry background (OEM, Aftermarket, Supplier or Dealership)
  • Previous marketing experience
  • B2B communications & stakeholder management
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • Solid understanding of the luxury automotive market
