What to Expect
As a Finance Analyst, you will be overseeing many aspects of financial support and reporting for series production bill of materials costing, working closely with the teams who design & procure our current luxury & performance vehicles.   
What You'll Do
    Prepare monthly internal forecasts for input into the wider business forecasting tools and process. Prepare programme key performance indicator reporting across all aspects of BoM cost and present it to senior leadership. Challenge stakeholders to drive accountability, and provide them with the tools necessary to track progress against their financial targets and stay within agreed budgets. Assist with month-end activities, including journal preparation and contribution to the monthly management accounts commentary. Support the forecast and approval of budgets at the shareholder level and drive accountability at the budget holder level. Lead Bill of Material analysis for all series production vehicles, including variance analysis by causal factor, and investigate purchase price variance with comparison to annual budgets and forecasts. 
    What You'll Bring

    Knowledge, skills & experience: 

    • Experience in maintaining reporting structures and adapting to structure change, comfortable with large volumes of data 
    • Strong system skills including SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, IndexMatch, Power Query, etc) 
    • Demonstrate a team supporting mindset with the ability to take on new challenges with effective execution
